Calling All March Birthdays!
If your birthday is in March, we wanted to present you with an awesome opportunity: sponsoring a child with your same birth month or birth date! Is March your child’s birthday? Connecting them to a child who shares their birthday month but not necessarily all of the necessities of life is an amazing opportunity to introduce them to sacrificial giving, kindness, and the effects of poverty around the world. They may even want to contribute towards helping a sponsored child!
The following are children who are living in Uganda with very little opportunity to attend school, receive medical care, hear about Jesus, or have their basic needs met. When you sponsor a child for $40 a month, it changes a child’s life - but it also changes YOUR life. So, give a gift that keeps on giving! Without further ado, let’s meet some of our March babies…

ACCS #I-236 Nangobi Judith
Nangobi Judith has LOTS of siblings: EIGHT! She also has the cutest little face! Her parents are both poor farmers, and they are really struggling to take care of their huge family. Judith is currently in the first grade, and someday she dreams of becoming a teacher. Fun Fact: Judith loves to play netball!

ACCS # I-243 Namulwasila Shirat
With a sweet, humorous smile, Namulwasila Shirat has big dreams for her future, despite her father abandoning her and her family. She is in first grade currently, and lives with her mother and five siblings. To provide for the family, her mother gardens. You can imagine what struggles this family has gone through, but Shirat still dreams of becoming a doctor someday! We believe she can achieve this dream, and we are so excited for her to be sponsored! Fun Fact: She loves to play netball.

ACCS # I-264 Namukose Jenifer
This little girl has a broken home and is in need of a godly sponsor who will encourage her in the Lord. Jenifer is in first grade and lives with her mother and four siblings. Sadly, her father has more than one wife and doesn’t provide for them, so her mother has had to take on the full responsibility of caring for herself and her children. Jenifer loves music. Fun Fact: Jenifer’s favorite foods are posho (a cooked cornmeal dish) and beans.

This sweet child is in first grade and lives with her parents and four siblings. Sadly, her parents are poor farmers who are struggling to meet the needs of their family. In the midst of this poverty, Daphne loves music. We can’t wait for her to be sponsored to ensure that she is taken care of by a loving sponsor! Fun fact: her favorite foods are rice and meat.

Summiah is a little girl who lives with her parents and four siblings. She is in “baby class.” Her parents are poor farmers; they depend on crops from their garden to support their family. Imagine surviving from one garden! Little Summiah, like many other Ugandan children, loves music. Fun Fact: Summiah’s favorite foods are rice and beans.

This tiny little girl is in the first grade, and she loves to sing! She and her six siblings all live with her mother, who is a poor farmer. Sadly, Tracey’s father isn’t very involved in her life. Fun Fact: Her favorite foods are rice and meat.
