AICM Helps the People of Iganga

Eastern Uganda is home to a city called Iganga. Within this city is group of people struggling to pursue God and fulfill dreams. Void of the common comforts we usually take for granted, the people here were conducting school under trees or in the dirt.

The pastor, teachers, and children display so much warmth and passion. They are dedicated to becoming all that God has called them to be. They approached Agape International Children’s Ministries about potentially supporting them, and the result was life-changing.

The children now receive a daily meal. A classroom adorned with benches now sets the stage for their schooling. Nothing stayed the same within the parameters of simple support.

This small illustration is one example of the way sponsorship and support reaches beyond our first-world expectations of life for ourselves. God takes our small excess and offerings and creates a lasting difference all the way across the world.
